Kristin is an Associate Attorney at Farias Family Law. Kristin represents clients in divorce, child custody and support, parenting time, modifications, contempts and restraining orders. Her entire professional career has been dedicated to family law. Before becoming an attorney, Kristin worked as a law clerk, focusing on divorce and custody cases.
She is an assertive and compassionate advocate for her clients. She prioritizes and works toward a healthy family dynamic by providing clear, compassionate, client-centered and solution-oriented advocacy.
Kristin graduated with a Bachelor’s from Fitchburg State University, where she served as President for the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honors Society. She then graduated from Suffolk Law, where she served as symposium and online editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and completing DIY projects. She also volunteers for the American Moot Court Tournament as a Judge and is on the Alumni Board for Fitchburg State University.
