Have questions about your specific circumstances? We can help! We offer a comprehensive assessment session during which you meet with one of our attorneys for approximately 45 min by Zoom. During this session, you give us information about what the issues and your goals are. We then give you a detailed analysis of your particular circumstances, explain your options, help you develop a plan, and answer your questions.

The cost for the assessment is a flat fee of $250.

There is no obligation for either side going forward: you receive education and advice, ask us questions, and we do our best to put you in a position to make an educated decision about how to proceed.

If after the meeting you want our help beyond the assessment and your case is a good fit for the firm, we can discuss your options and pricing.

Please note that we can only help you if your case falls into these categories:

Location: Bristol, Plymouth, Norfolk, and Barnstable Counties in MA

Types of Cases: Divorce, Child Custody, Modification, and Contempt. Please note we DO NOT handle guardianships, estate planning, prenuptial agreements, or other types of cases.
